 Camping Isábena will reserve a camping plot or an available accommodation for you. According to the availability, we will try to consider your wishes, but we reserve the right to make modifications. The deposit for a reservation is 30% of the total amount, which will be deducted from the final payment made upon arrival. Once the reservation is made, we will send you a booking confirmation with the reservation number, as well as the bank details and deadline for the payment of the deposit, which we kindly ask you to meet. If the deposit payment is not received by the indicated deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

 Camping Isábena reserves a camping pitch or available accommodation for you. Depending on availability, we try to consider your wishes, but we reserve the right to make changes. The deposit for a reservation is 30% of the total amount and is deducted from the final payment to be made on the day of arrival. When making the reservation, we will send you a confirmation with the reservation number, also indicating the bank details and the deadline for payment of the deposit, which we ask you to respect. If the payment and deposit do not arrive within the indicated period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If you are traveling with a pet, we ask for a deposit of €100.00 on the day of arrival, and if everything is in order and clean, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy: – Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: we will refund your deposit – Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: we will refund 70% of the deposit – Cancellation 7-15 days before arrival: we will refund 50% of the deposit – Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: we will retain the deposit
